You can delete your Simsail account and the information that goes with it at any time, in the app or from this page.
In the app
- Open Simsail and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the end and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.
Without the app
Send this form with the email address of your account. We write to that address to make sure the request is yours, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name and email address, and the ways you sign in.
- The list of your eSIMs in the app.
- Your credit and your invitation code, which stop working.
eSIMs already installed on your phone keep working until their plan ends.
What we keep
- Records of purchases, without your name or email address, for our accounts.
- A scrambled fingerprint of your phone’s identifier and of your email address. It cannot be turned back into either. It keeps rewards for new customers from being claimed twice.
- Messages you sent us through the contact form, for up to two years. Ask in your request if you want them deleted as well.
